About Us
For over 15 years, Jeffrey Foster led one of America’s most iconic brands — Chick-fil-A. His journey began at the corporate level, where he developed a deep understanding of operational systems, leadership pipelines, and brand culture. From there, he stepped into franchise ownership, where he not only grew his own restaurants but also mentored fellow operators across the country.
Jeffrey successfully revitalized an existing location, bringing fresh energy, systems, and profitability to a new market in California. Later, he launched and led a new Chick-fil-A restaurant from the ground up, creating thriving teams and record-setting growth. Along the way, he built a reputation for combining operational excellence with genuine care — a balance that drives both culture and results.

She is a true implementer of systems, processes and leadership growth to all levels of the business. Her passion is to see other leaders realize their potential and thrive in business through systems and growth.
After more than a decade and a half in business ownership, Jeffrey felt a new calling: to help other business owners and leaders ignite their potential. Spark Surge was created to do just that — to bring clarity, systems, and strategy to organizations ready to scale with purpose.
Today, Jeffrey continues to lead by example as he launches his next venture — a FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers franchise — demonstrating firsthand what it means to take vision to action, and action to impact.
